The Sweatbox is a fantastic, locally owned gym. It is a nice change of pace from the corporate chain gyms. They have a good selection of equipment and I love that there is space for yoga and other group workouts.

Get ripped

I absolutely love this GYM. It has been more effect with my weight lose and muscle growth than I have had in the past.
Private location where I can hit the bag and the weights.
I just started the Beach body workouts and it is very exciting to do a great cardio workout that really works.

Thanks, guys, for having a fitness center like this. I really love the setting and the fact that I am able to practice my yoga. Not all gyms have enough place for that and I really appreciate it. I will definitely get a membership for a year. Really love working with the trainer and the rest of the guys. Very friendly and polite.
